What's your onboarding process?
I asked my community a simple question this week: "How are you handling onboarding?" โฆand the answers were really interesting ๐ Some people are: โ sending welcome DMs โ tagging new members โ using templates Others said: โ โitโs on my listโ โ โI need to figure this outโ And one person built a full 36-page onboarding plan ๐ณ So hereโs what Iโm seeingโฆ Most people arenโt lacking effort. Theyโre lacking a clear, simple onboarding system that actually gets people engaged fast. Because onboarding isnโt just: โwelcome to the group ๐โ Itโs the moment where someone decides: ๐ โthis is worth my timeโ or ๐ โIโll check back laterโ (and never do) This is something Iโm going to be breaking down inside Skool Homeroom, because thereโs a huge difference between having onboarding and having onboarding that works. If youโre building a Skool community, this is one of those things that changes everything once you get it right. If you're not in Skool Homeroom... you're MISSING OUT What you waiting for?
