@Lydia Wilmsen I know you're asking about this from a community owner's perspective but I thought I'd share an experience from a member's perspective. There's one community that I'm a member of where the owner posts from 3-5 times each day. The number of notifications from her posting so much just became overwhelming so I had to unfollow her. The content in the community is great and I want to be part of it but now I have to remember to go in and check for when new things are posted and that's not happening. So now what's happened is that I'm not engaging as much.

I've moved many many times throughout my life but I have to say that the best decision I made was when I moved away from where I've lived for the past 20+ years. I was stuck, comfortable, and surrounded by people who didn't lift me up. It's taken me over three years to finally start building up my life with real people who are genuinely supportive. And I have to add... that joining The Skool Hub is the second best decision because that's where I've found those people who make my life better, stronger, and more supported.

@Vanessa Delich when you look at your activity streak there's a little link that says what's this... if you click it, this box pops up. And it talks about UTC... so I had to Google that and I found it's Universal Time Code... so I googled when that was for my time zone.
