First off it's great to be here. Quick intro about me. For years, I did what most of us do when it comes to health: worked hard, tried to eat better, trained more, and just pushed through feeling tired. Over time, low energy, brain fog, poor sleep, and feeling “off” started to feel normal and I didn’t love that. What changed things for me was realising it wasn’t a motivation or discipline problem. It was understanding why modern living works against our biology. Constant stress, poor sleep, ultra-processed food, too much time indoors, and information overload slowly add up. Once I started focusing on the root causes — gut health, stress regulation, sleep, movement, and simple daily habits everything became easier. Energy came back, focus improved, and health stopped feeling like a constant battle. That’s what led me to create my community here on Skool, I want to help people rebuild energy, clarity, and long-term health in a realistic way that fits real life. I joined this community to learn, share ideas, and connect with others who are the same journey as me, to create a thriving community here on Skool.
