Your comfort zone.
Most of us know that challenging ourselves and being uncomfortable is part of growth. There's "failing" (aka learning), trial-and-error, and adjusting.
But what about the more subtle things that are triggered within us when we go through this process.
Maybe you feel a physiological response in certain situations (e.g., increase in heart rate).
Maybe you notice something in your inner dialogue that you hadn't noticed before. Maybe it's louder than it usually is.
