What happens when you step outside...
Your comfort zone. Most of us know that challenging ourselves and being uncomfortable is part of growth. There's "failing" (aka learning), trial-and-error, and adjusting. But what about the more subtle things that are triggered within us when we go through this process. Maybe you feel a physiological response in certain situations (e.g., increase in heart rate). Maybe you notice something in your inner dialogue that you hadn't noticed before. Maybe it's louder than it usually is. I'm curious. What happens when you step outside your room of comfort and into the cold of the unknown...

The guest is always right ..
I worked in hotel management for like 30 years ( I know I don’t look old enough 🤣) and the first thing we learn is that the guest - replace with client if you want - is always right. Regardless if they call you names. Blame your staff’s shortcomings on their entire life’s happiness Seriously think that bedbugs bit them. The point is - So what? It’s their perspective. Not personal. To you. Deal with it. Acknowledge and move on to the next guest.

@Sandra Pilarczyk That's great! Are you returning to it this year? Yes, setting expectations certainly helps prevent a lot of issues. Even then, sometimes people don't want to taken on the information if it's not what they want to hear. We just do the best we can in the moment, and learn from our mistakes.

@Grant Hepworth This is a lot more common nowdays - people bringing in the parents to fight their battles for them (even as adults!)
What does ‘being healthy’ actually mean to you?
I'm curious, if you were to close your eyes and picture yourself as 'healthy', what does that actually look like for you? 🤔

@Kerry Souter Oh, oh - look out!
What’s stressing you most right now?
If you’re building or running a Skool, what feels most pressing for you right now? 1️⃣ Getting people to actually join 2️⃣ Making consistent income 3️⃣ Understanding taxes and money 4️⃣ I’m not sure yet If you want, comment with what made you choose your answer… or what you wish someone had explained sooner.

Not actually stressed, weirdly. More just feeling challenged, and enjoying the process of figuring out #1 and #2 as I go.
