Skool is where I want to spend my time, but other platforms are still where new people find us, so we cannot ignore them if we want new members.
And if I’m honest, I’ve been posting and ghosting on my platforms, and that is not giving the algorithm any reason to put me in front of more people.
For years I ran the Algorithm POD in my Facebook group.
Now that I’ve switched to Skool, I want to reactivate it here, because it works when we actually play.
The Algorithm POD is simple: you drop your Post of the Day (your live link), and a bunch of us go leave real comments quickly.
Not follow-for-follow.
Not “great post.”
Actual responses that show you read it.
That early burst of real interaction is what makes the platform go, “Oh, people care,” and it starts distributing the post wider.
But here’s the honest part: it only works if enough of us actually play.
I have a community of 130 members at the moment, but I have a hard time activating them.
So I’m calling you in, fellow Skoolers:
If you’re posting consistently on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or anywhere else, and you want the algorithm to push your posts, come play with me inside Skooler Spotlight this week so we can make this thing do what it was built to do.
