Need advice

I am looking for some real honest to goodness advice for how to structure the monetization of my little (newly launched) Skool community. What I don’t need is “I can help you grow your community to 23k in 8 days” kind of advice and that’s all I can seem to find when looking for help. I don’t think I need an intricate, multi step system (yet) I just want a friendly who knows their way around Skool to take a look and answer a few questions.
