💰 He tried for 5 years. Made his first $1,500 sale in 2 weeks. Here's why.
Josh started his coaching business 5 years ago. He tried everything. Ads. Courses. Cold outreach. Content. Nothing stuck. Not a single sale in 5 years. When we first spoke, I asked him one simple question: "Who exactly do you help, and what specific result do you get them?" He couldn't answer it cleanly. And that was the whole problem. Not his work ethic. Not his skill. Not his niche. Just that one missing piece of clarity. So we mapped out his offer. Got specific on who he helps, what result he delivers, and why someone should pay for it. Two weeks later... first $1,500 sale. Here's what I've learned after helping dozens of coaches do this: The ones who struggle aren't less skilled than the ones succeeding. They just never fixed these three things: 1. A clear No-Brainer Offer - not "I help people with mindset" but "I help X person get Y result in Z timeframe" 2. A simple system to get on calls. No funnels, no ads, just a repeatable way to get qualified people talking to you so they become your clients. 3. Focus. Most people fail because they keep chasing the next strategy instead of executing one PROVEN strategy fully. Fix those three things and clients become surprisingly straightforward. I built a free community called Successful Coaching around exactly this, helping people with real skills turn them into consistent high-ticket clients online. 128 members and growing. People getting results fast. Completely free. 👉 Join here: skool.com/success

11 days ago a brand new group was started and I had NO WAY of predicting what would happen ✔️ 15 new members ✔️ 33% of the members reached Level 2 on the Leaderboard within 36 hours ✔️ 2 of the members reached level 3 by day 10 These numbers? Those are just engagement metrics!! Keep reading... there's more!!! 👇 But here's the interesting part For the first 9 days… I didn’t promote the group. I didn’t share a link. I didn’t invite anyone publicly. The early group members came from: ✔️ 3 friends from other communities ✔️ 5 people who found the group through my Skool profile (people saw me engaging in other communities and got curious) Then something REALLY BIG happened. Day 9... I shared the first public link in 3 groups.. inviting people to join Skool Homeroom Within 48 hours... everything started happening ✔️ 7 new members joined 💥💥The community doubled in size in 48 hours.💥💥 And that's just the membership metrics. Keep reading 👇 ✔️ 1 of the members gained a new member to her community within hours of joining ✔️ Skool Homeroom jumped over 3,000 points in Skool Discovery (Day 1 - 5024 in Discovery to 1976 in Discovery on Day 11) Those metrics ☝️? Those are GROWTH metrics and if that new member converts to one of her tiers... that's a MONETARY metric 💰 💥💥 THERE'S MORE!!! 👇 💥💥 In just the first 11 days of putting this group together... ✔️ 1 member started 2 groups reached out to an influencer and pitched the idea of Skool to the influencer he was then asked to manage the group he created for the influencer... This gave him the income he needed to quit worrying about living paycheck to paycheck and allowed him to quit thinking about getting a second job 💥💥 BOOM MONETARY METRIC 💰💰💰 💥💥 Skool Homeroom is brand new on Skool but me? Rose Colbourne... the group owner... I'm not!! I've been here for 2 years and over the past several months, I've been studying what creates growth in the really good groups

Hair Days
I was listening to a chat on the radio about hair. The women being interviewed had created a range of products to help women eliminate ‘bad hair days’. She said that the state of a woman’s hair can have a negative impact on her life. Now, I’ve had family members and friends who have lost their hair during illness so I am deeply aware of the impact that causes. But can a ‘bad hair day’ damage your mental health? Can a good hair day’ make you happier? I’m genuinely curious about this. I have hair. It gets washed and brushed and cut as necessary, but it has never affected my mood in any way. So I’m wondering, does your hair matter enough to be able to dictate how your day goes? I’m with horses and dogs and other creatures - oblivious 😜
