Proverbs 4:7
Wisdom Is the principal thing. I always find the Hebrew word and meaning so much more complex than the word it is translated to. When Sean shared the word “principal” in this proverb is the same Hebrew word used for “beginning” in Genesis, it gave that much more weight to this verse in Proverbs. Principal, meaning first thing, the beginning, the chief…the most important thing we should acquire.
