#1 Reason agents are making no money
Zero lead generation is your problem. If you are not finding 1 person per day that is thinking about maybe selling or buying you haven't done anything. Referal business should icing on the cake , not the cake when it comes down to your strategy. Keep that in mind as you start this week. Your goal is to find 5 people who are thinking about selling there house. We are listing agents people. Buyers will come from the listing side. Focus on getting listings.

Q2 Last Shot
The first week of April is done. You only have this week to 100% salvage a killer year where you crush Q2 and dominate Q3 based on the prospecting you did in Q2. If you wait to start prospecting in Q3 you have now just killed half your year.
