Hindsight....
A question for you guys doing $2 million or more that have office managers, virtual assistants, operations managers, and field supervisors or etc. Right now I am doing everything on the front end and have four guys in the field. We are going to do around 1 million gross this year. Looking back when you were at this stage, what is couple of key things that you wish you would have implemented or done differently now that you know.
