Not Everyone Deserves a Seat at Your Table
There's a lesson I wish I'd learned sooner…
Access to you is a privilege — not a right.
We've been taught that being "good" means being available. That saying no makes us selfish. That boundaries are walls instead of sacred gates.
But here's the spiritual truth:
Your energy is finite. Your peace is precious. And not everyone who wants your attention has earned your presence.
Some people come to your table only to take. Some come to criticize the meal. Some come with no intention of nourishing the space in return.
And you are allowed — no, you are required — to be discerning about who sits with you.
👑 Boundaries are not rejection. They are protection.
👑 Saying no to what drains you is saying yes to what fulfills you.
👑 Protecting your peace is not a luxury — it's a responsibility.
The people who are meant to be in your life will honor your boundaries. The ones who fight them were never meant to stay.
So I want to hear from you:
Where in your life is a boundary trying to be born?
Is it a conversation you've been avoiding?
A relationship that needs new terms?
A part of your energy you're ready to reclaim?
Share below. Let's hold space for the courage it takes to protect what matters most.
Your voice, your boundaries, your peace — they're sacred here.
