If you haven't watched the call yet, a Play Menu is structured like a restaurant menu, helping you design playful moments that fit your real life:
  • Appetizers (5–15 minutes) — Quick, low-effort resets for when you feel stuck or overwhelmed (e.g., step outside, listen to a favorite song, doodle, stretch).
  • Main Courses (20+ minutes) — Intentional, engaging activities that replenish deeper motivation (e.g., a phone-free walk, cooking something nourishing, working on a creative project).
  • Side Dishes — Sensory or environmental enhancements that elevate your experience (e.g., adjust lighting, add ambient sound, use comforting textures).
  • Desserts — Indulgent or entertainment-based activities to enjoy mindfully (e.g., watch TV, scroll social media, savor a treat).
  • Specials — Bigger, high-reward experiences that require planning or investment (e.g., weekend getaway, concert, creative retreat).
