Watch the yoga video
Stretch it out. Not just in class. At home. Five minutes counts. Hips. Hamstrings. Spine. Open it all up. Your body keeps score of every day you skip. Plan for today: stretch first, then the cardio video.

Cold and hot
There’s always going to be someone telling you what’s good for you and what’s bad for you. But over time, I’ve learned to pay attention to what actually works. Cold plunging has been one of the most powerful tools I’ve used to build energy, strengthen my mental discipline, and help me stay lean all year round. Just two or three minutes in the cold. That’s it. Your body wakes up, your mind gets quiet, and you come out feeling completely different. Get in, control your breathing, and embrace the discomfort. Cold plunge first. Then today’s cardio video. Simple habits, practiced consistently, create extraordinary results.

Remember, keep meals simple
Keep meals simple. If it has more than five ingredients, you're overthinking it. Protein. A carb. A vegetable. Something with flavor. Done. Simple food is easy to stick to, and sticking to it is the whole game. Now go do a cardio video. It's up. Get it done.

Carbs help
One thing we’ve been consistent with for years is keeping nutrition simple. One of our favorite snacks is sourdough bread with honey and butter. It’s delicious, provides energy, and is especially great before a workout. If you’re taking one of my classes, make sure you’re fueling your body beforehand. Some fruit or sourdough bread, along with water and electrolytes, is a great way to get ready. Keep it simple. Fuel your body. Perform better.

Hydration
💧 Hydrate Early! As a reminder, one of the things we practice in this method is staying hydrated, especially early in the day. When you wake up in the morning, even if you’re having coffee, make sure you’re getting some water and minerals into your system. I personally like Baja salt, but Celtic salt works great as well. A small pinch in your water can help replenish sodium, especially if you’ve been sweating. It’s a simple morning habit that helps you start the day hydrated and ready to go.
