We added a week seven
We just added another cardio course with a high-intensity finish and it’s seriously fun. We also dropped a 10-minute-a-day Pilates series. You can grab the apparatus through the links page in the program and build your core with just 10 minutes a day. The full playlist is organized into one video and lives in the Week 7 folder.
