Quelling concerns about RP in fall

I spoke to Joey at Westinghouse today about doing the week of testing and he said that they may end up starting early in June because they have a lot of people in the queue this year. So they’re potentially doing June, July, and August.

I asked him if it was going to be hard to place that many people in the fall if they all passed and were jr RP at the same time and he said that they usually have a 50-75 person attrition rate due to the RPs taking permanent positions either with the plants they’re working at or with the Department of Energy, so he wasn’t worried at all.

This was something that I’ve been worried about so just thought I’d share in case anyone else was feeling the same as me.
