Gold stars still work ✨⭐️🌟💫✨

First, it was nice to share with yall today and see yall light up. That was really encouraging, thank you

So I shared on the call today that I had the idea to take a cue from elementary school and give myself gold stars for attendance. I bought one of those laminated attendance posters and a pack of gold stickers, and I wrote out the activities i listed in my strategy at the top and dates the side. Every time I show up, I get a gold star and IT FUCKING WORKS 😂. I haven’t read before bed in months but I made sure to read last night so I got my star.

The 5 or 6 year old that still lives in my nervous system is he’s so excited to see this sheet full of stars that he’s helping to fuel the adult version of me to complete my strategy with more ease.
