SCRIPT 4: PRICE CONVERSATION (Without Killing the Deal)
“I completely understand price is important. Before I throw out any numbers, I want to be fair and realistic Have you thought about what price range you were hoping to get for the property?” If seller gives a high price: “Gotcha, I appreciate you sharing that. Now let me ask is that the number you need, or is that the number you’d like? Because depending on condition, timeline, and situation, we may have multiple options available.”
