✨ Teacher Tip Tuesday ✨ One of the most valuable lessons I ever learned from a mentor was this: Process over product. That simple phrase completely changed the way I look at art projects, sensory play, and planned activities. Children don’t need every craft to look identical. They don’t all need to color inside the lines, glue the pieces in the “right” place, or create something Pinterest-worthy. The real learning happens in the exploring, problem-solving, experimenting, and creating. It’s a reminder I still give myself at least twice a week. Now it’s your turn… What’s one lesson a coworker or mentor taught you that still shapes the way you teach today? 👇 Share it in the comments!
