The State Audit is live in the classroom.
Yo guys. Just finished updating the expanded Audit materials. Go find it — it's the first item in Classroom. The State Audit course.
It features a Longford 14-minute video walking you through the full system: what the audit is actually measuring, how the five sub-scales work, what your pattern means, and how the closed loop runs as well as a bunch of other insights.
If you've already taken the audit, watch it anyway. It reframes what you're looking at.
I also included more info for each of the specific patterns that it flags up.
A few things that have been updated since most of you first took it:
The audit now tracks your history. Return with the same email and it shows you your previous score, the delta since your last audit, and a progress chart as the data accumulates. You're not just getting a number anymore. You're building a record of the work landing.
Wellbeing (1–10) is now tracked alongside your DMI score. The relationship between how you feel and what the data shows is its own signal. Watch them move together.
This bridges the gap between what the audit used to be and the concept of auditing your state in the drowning man (the 1-10 quick score is). Unifying them together into a 360 degree state check.
The more you guys use it the better it will get.
Personalised written reports go out periodically to men who re-audit. A full read of your specific sub-scale profile, along with your contextual data. A high-effort unique report. Not a template.
The re-audit cadence is in the video but the short version: weekly while you're running Mind Control. The tapes change state. The audit measures state. Watching the sub-scales move in real time as you run the protocol is the feedback loop.
Awesome! Definitely going to use this!
So cool, but I personally don't want to use it.
Meh. I don't want it and I don't like it. Titties.
