Alright team — it’s time to step up (literally). For the whole month of October, we’re holding a Movement Challenge to keep you active, accountable, and having fun — with a killer prize at the end.
Here’s how it works 👇
🎯 How to Earn Points (Must post to earn points - what to post is below!)
✅ 10,000 Steps/Day = 1 Point (post a screenshot of your step count)
✅ Workout or Mile Run/Walk = 1 Point (post a sweaty selfie or pic after you move)
👉 You can earn up to 2 points per day from activity.
🎉 BONUS: Invite Friends = 5 Points Each!
- For every new person you invite who joins our Skool group, you get 5 bonus points.
- They must tag you in their intro post so we can count it.
🏆 The Prize
At the end of the month, the person with the most points wins a Recovery Bundle provided by our partners at [Intake Breathing / Dream Recovery / Re-Lyte] 💪(They’ll ship it directly to you — no hassle.)
