Can I be honest with you all?

Most women I talk to aren't starting from zero. They have years of experience, skills they don't even think about anymore, and people already coming to them for advice.

And they're doing nothing with any of it.

Not because they're lazy — because they don't know where it fits, or if it "counts," or what to do first. So it just sits there. All that gold, collecting dust.

Here's my take: it's not that you have nothing to offer. It's that everything you offer is sitting idle.
