Quality or Quantity?
Imagine you sell hats
You design the hats, source materials, manufacture them and then sell them right to the consumer.
Cute, comfy, high quality hats.
Business is going well.
One day... an influencer wears your hat and she goes VIRAL with it
suddenly orders start flooding your system!
1, 10, 20, 100, 1000 orders!
You ramp up production, hire staff, get distribution figured out start pumping orders out.
But then you start getting a dreaded call from your production manager...
"We are out of raw materials. We've called everywhere we can't source the good quality fabrics fast enough, would you like to try some lesser quality alternatives?"
What happens next?
Do you lower the quality of your output so you can keep going?
Or do you take some time, step back, and replenish materials so you can re-start production at the quality you are known for?
Your biology is similar.
You can pump up production for while in times of stress.
But raw materials get depleted faster.
Things like minerals, for example, need to be replenished through food, and get lost at a faster rate during stress.
Which is why I'd like to invite you to my FREE Workshop "The Hidden Mineral Deficiencies behind Stress".
We'll explore:
• Which minerals are most affected by stress.
• The surprising symptoms they can contribute to.
• Practical ways to replenish them through food and lifestyle.
