One of the easiest ways to support a client during moments of overwhelm is helping them slow the moment down 🪷
It can be used in so many ways:
- as a coaching session prompt
- inside a mindset or emotional wellbeing program
- as a journalling exercise between sessions
- during moments of anxiety, overthinking, or emotional spiralling
- as part of a self-regulation toolkit clients can return to anytime
What I love most about this exercise is that clients can use it to instantly reconnect with the present moment.
