I recently created this free S.T.O.P. Grounding Technique worksheet and it’s become such a useful reflection tool for calming the nervous system during high-stress moments.
It can be used in so many ways:
  • as a coaching session prompt
  • inside a mindset or emotional wellbeing program
  • as a journalling exercise between sessions
  • during moments of anxiety, overthinking, or emotional spiralling
  • as part of a self-regulation toolkit clients can return to anytime
What I love most about this exercise is that clients can use it to instantly reconnect with the present moment.
