dropped this gem today and I enjoyed how she broke down the importance of a Character Reference Sheet before actual diving into a project . The prompts she gave and the examples of her actual commercials using this foundation.. it was excellent.

I created a character reference sheet for LJ & Friends Cartoon. Specifically, for LJ. This was fun , and I’ll add more to it . I’m also going to do a commercial /trailer using this format in the next few days .
