🎬 CINEMATIC STORYTELLING MODULE UPDATE!
We’re about 90% complete! 👏🏾 I’ve officially opened the module, so if you want to take a sneak peek, GO FOR IT! 👀 Inside, I’m walking you through how I think about: 🎬 Storytellng Jobs 🎬 Building Your Story Framework 🎬 Storytelling Techniques 🎬 Directing Emotion & Performance 🎬 Camera Language 🎬 Breaking Your Story Into Generations I’m using my Set The Bar teaser to show you how I actually applied it. I’m finishing up the final Higgsfield generation walkthrough today, and the full module will be complete tomorrow! If cinematic storytelling has been something you’ve wanted to explore, start digging in. 🎬 And remember, you do NOT have to know it all to start creating!
🎬 CINEMATIC STORYTELLING MODULE UPDATE!
This Freshman Video Tested Me 😂
There were a few moments where the continuity, movement, and scene setup just did not want to cooperate, but I kept working through it and finally got it where I wanted it. A few things I learned from this one: • Lock your environment early. Once the location looks right, keep reinforcing those same details instead of letting the AI redesign the scene. • Treat every new generation like a continuation of the last one. Tell it exactly where the previous clip ended and what needs to stay the same. • If something goes wrong, fix that specific problem instead of changing the whole prompt. Sometimes one small continuity issue can throw off an otherwise good generation. This one reminded me that cinematic AI is really about directing, testing, correcting, and staying patient with the process. But I pulled it off, and I learned a lot from it.

So heartfelt! I’m a sucker for emotional storytelling. 👏🏾 Are you building your personal brand around your work? You’re starting to develop a recognizable style. I’d definitely consider adding a personal or brand logo so people can start connecting these films back to you..🥰

@Bryant Wright you're welcome 🙌🏽
🎬 DIRECTOR SPOTLIGHT!
I’ve been watching y’all create and I SEE YOU! 👀 I’m seeing new directors posting their work for the very first time, returning directors exploring different styles, and creators taking what they’re learning and building actual campaigns for their businesses. @Latosha Brown @Bryant Wright @Kevin Holmes @Lanitta Willis @Trina Noel @Jessica Williams @Tamarah Douglas @Dr Tajiri Brackens Profit Protector @Sha Brooks @Chondrea Black Amazing job gang!! Don’t be afraid to post because you’re still learning. This is where you practice, experiment, get feedback and develop your own creative voice! And when you see another director post their work, show them some love! ❤️ Like it. Leave a comment. Give encouragement. Ask questions. We’re building alongside each other. 🙌🏽
🎬 DIRECTOR SPOTLIGHT!
First commercial
Good morning! Here’s my first commercial! 😊 I’ve created short films before, but now I’m in the process of building my personal brand, so this was a little different for me. The two videos actually go hand in hand as part of the same campaign. I really like how it came together! It took me a little time to get my AI twin together 😂, but I’m finally starting to feel like, “Okay, that’s HER!” She’s still a work in progress, and I know the cohesiveness and overall quality of the campaigns will continue to get better over time. TASTIES is a mock donut company I created specifically for this commercial, so the entire concept gave me a chance to experiment with creating a full brand campaign from scratch. Definitely a learning process, but I’m really enjoying it!

I love how this answers those internal questions for the viewer! 👏🏾 That’s such an important part of building a commercial. Looks great, and I LOVE the camera language! You can definitely see the storytelling and campaign structure. 🙌🏽
Same Product. Different Story.
I wanted to experiment with how much creative direction alone can change the perception of a product. For this piece, I created a fictional sneaker called YUDY and kept the product consistent while placing it into three completely different campaigns: LUXURY → STREET → FUTURE Same sneaker. Three different environments, moods, camera treatments, sound designs, and brand perceptions. One of the biggest challenges was AI product consistency. Any time I tried adding AI-generated camera movement, the sneaker would subtly shift or deform. The solution was to stop forcing the video model to animate the product. I used the generated stills and created the camera movement manually with keyframes in CapCut. That kept the product stable while still giving each scene motion. The bigger idea behind the experiment: The product doesn't have to change. Change the story, and you can change how the product feels. This was created as another UdF Media portfolio experiment exploring AI-assisted commercial production and creative direction. Would love to know which treatment you think sells YUDY best: Luxury, Street, or Future?

Very nice!! And that’s the power of marketing. People connect differently. Some buy based on emotion, some on logic, but we all need to see ourselves in the product or story! Showing the same shoe through different styles was clever!
