God could have but He decided to Nowadays when discarding trash, there’s two bins. One - traditional trash can. I’m done with it and it’s time to trash it. Most of the time that’s where the items belong. No good. Through with it. No more use right now. Then there’s that second bin which says recycle. You still have to discard the item but you’re doing it with the intent that the item can possibly be used down the road at a later date. That’s how I want you to see leads that can’t buy today -,they’re not trash they just need to be recycled. Future use. You have to have vision, patience, process, and more patience. But things do evolve and become something different over time. Credit gets better. Jobs give raises. Down payments are secured Approvals are awarded and Homes are purchased. A real good follow up process keeps you top of mind while they work on what’s needed before they purchase that home.

When you have some time - read through the life of Abram. This morning I am sharing a message in Beaumont Texas entitled, Flow Forward: The Year to Hear It is imperative as believers we can hear from God. How will we know what He's saying, when He's moving, or when we need to shift. All of this happens when we are connected and His voice is clear. You only get one first day and that's today. You won't be able to say everyday if you don't start today. You have something to say. Your notes section in your phone probably looks like mine. Quotes, points, stories, and ideas. Yes, it's a great place to store them but a greater place is to share them. Building a brand is easy when you realize you are the brand. This challenge is simple: Post with Purpose. One per day - everyday in January. hashtag#pwp each post so it's easy for us to find each of your post. Why should I do this? 1. The people who follow you may not be following me and everyone you could use a dose of encouragement from time to time. 2. That tip that you're about to share could solve the problem that I'm currently trying to solve or the one I'm about to enter into. 3.
