Refuse to Quit
I found myself hiding again. Why? Making an impact takes a toll on the individual. We pour and pour and online we’re not always sure if what we’re doing is even getting to anyone.
We invest in our own development
We invest in our own coaching
We invest in our content
We invest in our systems
We do it because of income - nah
Most of us do it because of purpose.
In this season of my life, I’ve been focusing on the fulfillment factor. Honestly, you can take money is almost anything these days but you can’t get experience fulfillment until you’re doing everything God told you to do.
God is putting all of the pieces together for me.
I lead a 7 and soon to be 8 figure dealership.
I serve in a growing church alongside one of my best friends.
I get to coach some amazing high performers
Don’t get me talking about my family. They are all doing amazing things.
Now it wasn’t always like this …
I had my dark days, made some money, made tons of mistakes, got asked to leave a church, been divorced, struggled with self esteem, cocky, resilient, and anything else anyone wants to add
Oh but God’s grace
His grace gave me another chance
His grace said I still have purpose
His grace didn’t change my call or assignment
His grace transformed my history into a destiny
His grace is available for us all
We often magnify our messy moments and downplay His deliverance.
We give ourselves excuses of why we can’t or shouldn’t go forward yet God tells us this is more of the reason I want you to go.
Have you ever found yourself playing small because of your yesterday? Even though your yesterday moment was 2 years, 5 years, or for some even decades ago.
And we wonder why that irritation won’t go away. Let me tell you something. It’s not going away. It’s permanent and will only intensify until you take a bold step.
When I decided to step I didn’t have the strength to step all the way into my destiny but I did have the strength to take one step forward.
Oh to find out the power of taking one step. Matter of fact what I learned was no matter how many steps I would have to take - I could only take one step at a time.
