I have always loved "intensified" courses. Back in undergrad, if I needed a course that required a year, I would wait until it was offered in the summer and do a whole year in 3 months. 🤦‍♀️ I realize it's a little crazy to some people but I like the challenge. 🙃 A couple of months ago, I saw the opportunity to get certification for level 1 & 2 of Coaching for Transformational Change in a two week go, and I accepted the challenge. 🔥 What exactly made this a disruption? ✅ Murphy (the doodle) and Mike needed to know exactly what effect this "event" was going to have on my regular schedule and as a consequence, their schedules. ⏰ I can report that we all adapted AND we are all glad it didn't last any longer!
