Hi everyone, I won’t be able to host the fascial Maneuvers class tonight. I will try to host two sessions this following week 🙌🏼🌞

Writer for tv and film here (and a couple of other jobs) interested in connecting with anyone planning or building sovereign (sustainable and or off grid) community. I would love to track, research and participate with a view to creating a more sustainable, balanced, healthy way of life and also to write a screenplay to help spread the word… my neck of the woods is Ashdown Forest.
