New timetable!
No breathwork this evening but rescheduled to tomorrow evening at 7.30pm (UK) and this will be open to all membership levels and the public - so feel free to invite any friends or family if you think they’d benefit.
Myself and will be announcing our new timetable this week - including extra classes!
We apologise for the recently chop and change and that’s why we want to make sure we have a timetable that’s more accessible and valuable for our members.
