How the weekly call works
The call is the heart of this. Same format every week, 45 to 60 minutes, so nobody has to wonder what they walked into.
- Welcome and intros, 10 minutes. Every new member gets 30 seconds: name, business, one thing they're working on.
- Guest speaker or member spotlight, 20 minutes. A rotating slot. A real story, a win, or a lesson from somebody in the room. It does not have to map to the classroom content.
- Hot seat and live Q&A, 15 minutes. Open floor. Bring a real, current problem and put it in front of people who have probably had it.
- Book discussion, monthly. One pick from the reading list in the classroom. No homework required to join in.
- Close, 5 minutes. What's next, who's speaking next week.
Two things worth saying up front.
You don't have to have it figured out to be here. The hot seat works because people bring real problems, not polished ones.
