New shoes with new cleats fitted by Dan in July. From my ride yesterday I’ve now got significant rubbing on both crank arms. I’ve attached videos to show how much internal rotation there is and a photo of the cleats. Thanks in advance for your help.

There are a number of bike fit ‘tools/systems’ used by bike fitters, what is the best?

Looking at buying the Elves Falath EXP, anyone got any experience with them and if their geometry is good and how you find it. Aggressive/more relaxed and advice on sizes ect. For reference I am 5ft11 178cm with an 83cm inseam. Saddle height around 745mm and am looking at the 52cm option. Thanks in advance :)

Hi all, good to be here. Bike fit generally ok, although I've changed handlebars so tweaking the fit right now. I might well end up going back to what I had!!

First of all thank you for the invite, as the subject says 'what a fantastic idea' For now just saying 'hi' but will post some videos to get things started in the coming days. Whilst I don't have any comfort related issues across any bike, I think they might be interesting for others to view or for the professional team to explain one or two things if they see fit. Worth mentioning I don't ride any bike until I've had a fit. With the exception of my current time trial bike, Dan has fitted my road and gravel bikes over the last 1-2 yrs. Dan did fit my first time trial bike early 2023, I've subsequently changed the frame, cockpit etc as part of an ongoing process throughout the second half of 2025. All good bike fitters in my opinion will tell you its a progress and will change with age, fitness and type of event you're doing. As a result (and not fashion driven) across all bikes, I've reduced crank length, bar width significantly, shoe and pedals systems. Nice to e-meet you all 👋
