🖥️ BIKE FIT MASTERCLASS is happening in 31 hours
Webinar Wrap-Up - What Different Bike Fit Problems Usually Mean
We’ve just wrapped up the Bike Fit Masterclass: What Different Bike Fit Problems Usually Mean, and it was a really interesting discussion around how many common issues follow recognisable patterns once you start looking at them properly. We explored how problems like: - knee pain - saddle discomfort - hand and upper-body load often aren’t random at all, they tend to point towards underlying load patterns and position interactions. Understanding those patterns is the step that moves you from simply noticing a problem to actually interpreting what might be going on. If you couldn’t make it live, the recording will be available inside the Webinar Library by tomorrow morning. This session is the first in the deeper Premium masterclass series, where we start unpacking how professionals actually reason through bike fit problems and decision-making. If you’ve been following the free sessions and want to keep building on that knowledge, this is where things start to get really interesting. Thanks again to everyone already joining us on these webinars! 🙏

We’ll look at how common issues like: - knee pain - saddle discomfort - hand and upper-body problems often follow recognisable patterns, and what those patterns usually indicate about load and position. This is the first session in the deeper Premium masterclass series, where we move beyond observation and start unpacking how professionals actually reason through bike fit problems. 🕓 Today – 4pm GMT Join us using the "Calendar" tab at the top of the page. Great session tonight 👌 Thank you!
If you were on the masterclass webinar, you’ll know this one was less about “what to change” and more about how to think before you change anything. If there’s one takeaway from today, it’s this: 👉 Most bike fit problems aren’t fixed by acting faster, they’re fixed by observing better. We covered: - Why adjusting too early removes valuable information - How to tell the difference between real signals and noise - Why timing and consistency matter more than urgency - When doing nothing is actually the smart move If you missed it, make sure you catch the replay, available for 7 days in the "Classroom" tab from Saturday morning (GMT). Next step? We’ll be building on this and going deeper into what different patterns usually mean, because observation is powerful… but interpretation is where things really start to click. See you in the next one 👊 🗓️ Friday 13th March 🕓 4pm (GMT)
