Sore Outer Left Knee

Ive had a bike fit, unfortunately not local to the UK Bike Fit Studio :(

But im still having issues for context im 22yo 178cm Tall 83cm inseam. My saddle height is around 745mm. On my road bike i have switched to 165mm cranks to help with pinching in hamstring when going over the top of pedal stroke causing issues and pain after a few hours especially in right leg. Ive switched back to shimano pedals vs look and this has helped also. but still getting issues and every now and then a nerve shoots down my right leg. I also get outer left knee pain and tightness after hard efforts specifically on turbo trainer.
