Still right rear upper leg pain
Apologies to post again some good advice but just to help here’s a video better showing my issues appreciate any time for any comments. I’ve tried shims ect but to no luck and pretty confident I don’t have a leg length discrepancy doing tests. I still get hamstring back of leg pain tried a lower saddle height but to still no luck. Cleats still rearward around 25mm behind 1st metatarsal to centre of cleat it just doesn’t feel right if I push it more forward say centre of cleat bolt slot

Still right rear upper leg pain
Right Knee
Hi all, I was hoping someone could shed some light on what’s occurring here. My cleats are all the way rearward and all the way inward increasing stance width. But my right knee appears to collapse inward causing hamstring pain. Hope the photos are okay. Thanks in advance!!

@Eddie Monnier Hi Eddie - Awesome thanks for your input. I did think about right leg having a length difference but hard to prove without a professional and whether it’s caused by something on bike ect or a physical difference.. I did try mark my cleats up but i did fracture my right ankle few years back and feels a lot more stable with the rearward cleats. Could maybe try lowering saddle but always find it feels like overloads quads a bit. Again thanks for your comment 🙌

@Jason Hurst hi Jason. Thanks so much for taking the time and your advice much appreciated. I will go away and try leg length test but over last few rides I’ve tried 2mm shim and my pedal balance is much closer to 50/50 and overall feelings are better I’m also suspect of varus support and was able to try forefoot wedges and that did help tracking too. My issue with heel wedges is I got some custom insoles (sidas) fitted with high arches I was told I think I recall 25mm slightly higher in right foot but I think right foot is also half size larger. and the heel on insole is like bowed not flat where adding a wedge sits flush with sole if that makes sense. But I did fracture that right ankle also so am aware that may need stability. I will also try get someone to stand behind me and do those tests that’s super helpful and report back here! To the best of my eyes the saddle is pointing straight, it’s pretty much brand new so not old or worn out. Again thanks so much for your input some great things to go and try for me there :)
Sore Outer Left Knee
Ive had a bike fit, unfortunately not local to the UK Bike Fit Studio :( But im still having issues for context im 22yo 178cm Tall 83cm inseam. My saddle height is around 745mm. On my road bike i have switched to 165mm cranks to help with pinching in hamstring when going over the top of pedal stroke causing issues and pain after a few hours especially in right leg. Ive switched back to shimano pedals vs look and this has helped also. but still getting issues and every now and then a nerve shoots down my right leg. I also get outer left knee pain and tightness after hard efforts specifically on turbo trainer. Ill try get a video up but any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance

Elves Falath EXP
Looking at buying the Elves Falath EXP, anyone got any experience with them and if their geometry is good and how you find it. Aggressive/more relaxed and advice on sizes ect. For reference I am 5ft11 178cm with an 83cm inseam. Saddle height around 745mm and am looking at the 52cm option. Thanks in advance :)
