Patella formella Pain
Hi, hoping for some help, I have been suffering with Patella formella issues.
Had a bike fit but it wasn't great tbh, I have changed seat hight and seat set back, it varies how bad the pain is.
It's fine when cycling but after the ride the pain starts.
Any help would be much appreciated.
