Hey everyone 👋
I’m Khubaib, joining from Pakistan 🇵🇰.
I spend most of my time working with businesses that rely heavily on calls and inquiries (dealerships, repair shops, service businesses, dentists and etc).
Not in a “guru” way, more in a “why does the phone always ring when everyone’s already busy?” way 😄
I run a small agency focused on one very unglamorous but expensive problem I kept seeing everywhere:👉 leads reaching out… and not being spoken to fast enough.
Not because teams don’t care.But because real life gets in the way. Cars on lifts, customers at the counter, phones ringing at the worst time.
I’m here mainly to learn how operators here actually handle this day to day, what’s working, and what’s broken in the real world (not the textbook version).
