Not in a “guru” way, more in a “why does the phone always ring when everyone’s already busy?” way 😄 I run a small agency focused on one very unglamorous but expensive problem I kept seeing everywhere:👉 leads reaching out… and not being spoken to fast enough. Not because teams don’t care.But because real life gets in the way. Cars on lifts, customers at the counter, phones ringing at the worst time.
