My pre-race day routine:
1. Take it easy and engage in leisurely activities like sightseeing to relax.
2. Retrieve my bib number, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere at the triathlon venue.
3. Prioritize proper nutrition and hydration throughout the day.
4. Ensure that all my race gear is prepared and organized before getting a good night's sleep.
