CHR Test went great!
I was able to continue strong through the end of 2 minutes at 15kph. I tried to accelerate up to 16kph but there wasn't anything left :-)
My HR hit 170, and my calculated MHR is 147.
I have been training primarily at low HR for 3 years.
I am looking forward the next 9 weeks, and making this transition to a new way of running.
