To support our community in reaching the highest publication standards—especially for our upcoming anthologies—The Writer's Block Editing Team is officially open for bookings with our updated service list!
We offer a range of services tailored to where you are in your writing journey:
- Developmental or Line Editing: $.02/word
- Proofreading: $.01/word
- Second Pass (on the same story): $.01/word (Available after revisions based on initial developmental feedback)
- Beta Reading: $.005/word (Includes light developmental comments and line edits on the first chapter)
- Anthology Edit Package: $.01/word (Includes development and line edits in a single pass; available for stories submitted to The Writer’s Block Anthologies ONLY)
Note on Pricing: Prices are current as of February 2026 and are subject to change in the future to reflect the evolving needs of our team and community.
