What The Workplace Recovery Room is all about...
This is a community for people who are tired of dragging themselves through the workweek and want a healthier, calmer way to exist in their careers. We talk about burnout, boundaries, communication, stress habits, personalities at work, confidence, conflict, and all the unspoken emotional weight that comes with modern workplaces. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in a cycle of constant pressure, you’ll feel at home here. You’ll get check-ins, short lessons, live conversations, and a supportive environment where you don’t have to filter yourself. ❌No toxic positivity. ❌No productivity cult energy. ✔️Just honest conversations, ✔️Useful tools, and ✔️Space to recover. Feel free to introduce yourself when you're ready, then join us and reconnect with who you are beyond your job, while learning how to navigate work without losing yourself in the process.

Community Agreements
1. This is a space for reflection, not fixing. We focus on understanding experiences, not diagnosing, rescuing, or telling others what they “should” do. You’re encouraged to share perspectives, not prescriptions. 2. No self-promotion please. 3. Respect privacy and confidentiality. What’s shared here stays here. Please don’t repost or discuss other members’ experiences outside the community. 4. Share from your own experience. Speak from an “I” place rather than making assumptions about others. This helps keep conversations respectful and grounded. 5. Keep the tone supportive and human. No shaming, dismissing, or minimizing others’ experiences. This includes toxic positivity or pressure to “look on the bright side.”
