I’ve been away for a bit while attending residency for my doctoral program, and I wanted to reconnect.
It's interesting how quickly our roles can take over our capacity. Even meaningful work can sometimes stretch us in ways that require stepping back from other things for a season.
One of the things my professor shared on the final day of residency was the need to recognize when to push and when to pause. For me, this was a pause season. Not an ending. Just a shift in focus.
I’m back now, and I’m looking forward to continuing the conversations around how we relate to work in steadier, more intentional ways.
