I’ll keep this straight. This isn’t a motivation group. No quotes. No fake positivity. This is for lads who are knackered. Work… bills… pressure… feeling like you’re giving everything and still stuck. And most of us just get on with it… say we’re fine… when we’re not. I started this because I was feeling it myself. And after reading the comments on my videos… it’s clear there’s a lot of us in the same place. Not weak. Just worn down. This is a space to be real. No judgement. No pretending. Just lads trying to get a bit of control back… one step at a time. So let’s start simple. 👉 Be honest… Introduce yourself and share your story and how are you actually feeling right now? No filters. Right lads — I've been working on something. It's called The Working Man Reset. A practical guide for burnt out working men who know something needs to change but don't know where to start. No fluff. No "wake up at 5am and journal your feelings" nonsense. Just real, straightforward stuff that actually works when you're knackered, pushed for time, and running on empty. I'm building it specifically for men like us — shift workers, grafters, blokes in the middle of life wondering if this is it. Carnivore diet for 30 days!
Good afternoon fellas. How we all doing today? I don't know about you guys but the biggest thing pissing me off lately is feeling drained and knackered. So I am going to give this carnivore diet a shot for 30 days to see if it makes me feel any better. The hardest part of doing the things I need to do to better my life is finding the energy to actually do it. Im carrying too much weight aswell that I want to shift so im going to do one big carnivore meal a day for 30 days. That will mean I will be fasting aswell for pretty much 24hrs a day!! Sounds drastic and extreme but I've tried this before for short periods and it did make a difference to how I felt and my energy levels. We cant go on a journey in a knackered vehicle can we so I hope this works for me. I will keep you guys updated with how this goes. Anyone have any questions about it just ask. All the best
