I’ve been thinking about September 11, 2001, and there are some things you just don’t need commentary on because you lived through them. For me, this is one of those days. I remember what it felt like. I remember watching everything unfold and realizing that life had changed in a matter of moments. So today, I’m not here with a lesson, a motivational message, or something to teach. I simply want to pause and remember. I’m remembering the people who left home that morning and never returned. The families whose lives changed forever. The first responders who ran toward danger when so many others were trying to get away. And all the people who still carry the weight of that day. Seeing the lights rise into the New York skyline where the towers once stood always moves me. There is something powerful about light filling a space connected to so much loss. 25 years later, I’m grateful to be here. Grateful for today. Grateful for the opportunity to keep moving forward while never forgetting what came before us. My prayers are with every family still carrying the loss of September 11th. We remember. We honor. We never forget. 🇺🇸
