Good morning Everyone,
Start week 2 and feeling so good. Loved the new breathing exercises and also the new mantra “I Love and accept every part of Myself” This is one of the hardest things everyone struggles with, Loving and accepting yourself.
I also did the meditation this morning after my breath work and it was so powerful to hear and repeat those works, very simple but powerful words. I’m Sorry, Please forgive Me, Thank You, I Love You… Just saying those words make me feel more in tune with myself.

- Having the life I have
- My body
