Week 2 Day 3-4
WOW!!! This has been a really good week for me. I’m feeling more centred and relaxed, especially with this been the second to last week of work. Yes things are still getting to me but I’m able to handle the situation a little better than before.
Doing the meditation for me in the morning is a great way to start the day, it sets the tone for the day. It has helped me to forgive myself and apologies to everyone I have hurt.
I’m grateful for:
  1. The beautiful warm sun
  2. My body that is so amazing
  3. Happiness
