5 Tips To Grow on Skool πŸ„ is happening in 22 days
I was always afraid of failure... then this happened...
Visionaries... I remember talking to one of my first mentors.πŸ‘‡ I revealed a challenge I was facing. It was around leveling up to receive more visibility on social media and inside of communities. The problem here was the problem itself. I don't naturally like having too much attention. Therefore it was even uncomfortable for me to ask questions inside a community publicly. And I didn't always enjoy posting on social media. I was absolutely terrified at the idea of ever speaking on stage. Or running a community. A mastermind. Or leading workshops. So I would normally stay fairly quiet in regards to "putting myself out there". Meanwhile... I would see a lot of my peers growing their businesses faster than me. It was to be honest; a bit frustrating and confusing. "How were they getting so many clients?" They seemed to not be shy. So they posted on social media more frequently. Jumped on camera willingly. Hopped into conversations online. Started conversations online. Asked questions in communities we were apart of. (not afraid to receive advice or to be vulnerable) Commented on other people's content and cheered on their wins. There were just everywhere. Unapologetically themselves. And I wished I could have their confidence. . . . I remember sharing all of this with my mentor. Then I boiled it down to a single "power question" of the day as I was allowed 1 question per day directly to him. The specific question I asked was this.... "I want to post more and be more visible online but what if I don't get any likes or lose the few followers I have saying the wrong thing?" Fair concern I thought. And in having spoke with hundreds of business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs ----> this seems to be the #1 fear. "What if I fail?" or "What if I lose followers or my friends think I'm weird?" -----> So what was my mentor's response? He responded by asking me two questions. πŸ‘‰ "Dino, do you want to grow your business?" He waited patiently for my reply.

Run Mini-Seasonal Offers to Re-Engage Buyers!
"I flopped a workshop pitch then did 1 little weird thing to make 7 sales."
Visionaries... it is quite a normal human emotion to be afraid of potential failure. I've asked myself so many questions over the years: "What if it doesn't work?" "What if I blotch the sales call?" "What if nobody enrolls from my 30-minute workshop?" "What if my ads don't drive in new customers?" "What if... what if.... what if....?" But here's what 16 years of marketing experience has taught me. Failures will happen. Successes will also happen. Some marketing campaigns will flop. Others will crush. But the biggest breakthrough I've had is when I learned that a "failed marketing campaign" isn't permanent. It's just feedback. To make adjustments. I remember one time hosting a workshop. There were 22 people on zoom with me. All attendees stayed the entire session. They were engaged. Taking notes. And asked many questions. They were into my training. But then... Nobody bought when I made an offer. In the past this would have really upset me. But I had learned that a failed marketing campaign was temporary (as long as I learned and made adjustments). So I surveyed all 22 attendees and asked for feedback. "Why didn't you buy and what would my offer need to include to make you extremely interested in working together?" I received feedback from around 8 or 9 people. Made adjustments to my offer based on that feedback. Hosted an encore workshop 2 days later. Invited the same 22 people back. About 18 attended the encore training the 2nd time. I added more value on the encore workshop and then re-pitched my "updated" offer (based on their feedback from the first session). And made 7 sales at $997. For about 7k. I was STOKED!!! And that's when this concept clicked for me. That marketing is about "adjustments". Sure for a national brand some mistakes can turn into a P.R. nightmare. But for smaller entrepreneurs; it's unlikely any 1 campaign mistake will be massive. Often times a "failed campaign" can become just a temporary mistake.

60 Second Coaching Tip: "Selling W/ Visuals = Increased Conversions"
Visionaries... two years ago I ran a test to see what would happen if for 30 days I ran sales calls with no visual presentation vs. 30 days if I included visuals on the call. The results weren't even close. The 30 day period that I just met with prospects on zoom and spoke "Face to Face" did not convert NEARLY as well as the 30 day period where I had a simple presentation with screenshots, pictures, and photos. Visuals sell. Think street signs or caution signs that show somebody "slipping and falling" to immediately cue the floor might be wet. Or a "deer crossing" sign that depicts the deer on the road. Why do these signs not just say in text "deer crossing"? Because it's been proven people will visually see something & immediately interpret & understand the message. We are also more likely to remember something visual. So if you want more conversions from: - Ads - Posts - Workshops - Sales Calls - Videos Or anything else... ask yourself: "Can I show a visual?" It's a simple concept that can make a difference. Which is why I'm loving having our own Mini-A.I. toolset. With your own A.I. toolset you can "DEMO" to prospects how it works and the end results. They can SEE it working! They literally cannot say to themselves, "It doesn't work". They just saw it with their own eyes! This instantly lowers buyer resistance. They only thing left for a prospect to decide is if they like the price to value exchange. This is why software companies always offer live demos. Or video demos on their website. It's a form of proof! Ask yourself today.... "How can I show more visuals in my marketing?" You'll start to see conversions go up as the result. And if you're interested in having your own Mini-A.I. toolset that you can sell to customers & clients... Join us on Tuesday for the "BUILD YOUR OWN MINI-A.I. TOOLSET WORKSHOP".... where you will walk away with your very own A.I. tools that are proprietary to you....
