A lot of women lose themselves in love - whether they’re codependent, anxiously attached, or have just become allllll about the other person & neglectful of their own needs, wants, desires and goals. 👉🏻Maybe it’s childhood trauma. 👉🏻Maybe it’s residual nervous system dysregulation from their first relationship. 👉🏻Maybe they don’t have enough real confidence to believe in their worth. Whatever the cause - a lot of us lose ourselves in love, and often it means we override our instincts and repeatedly end up with toxic men.
