Day 6 what triggers really mean.
Most people think a trigger is just something that annoys them. But a real trigger is deeper. A trigger is anything that activates an old wound, an old fear, or an old version of you. Here are some examples that might hit home: When someone doesn’t text back The trigger isn’t the silence. The trigger is the old fear of being abandoned. When someone raises their voice Your body reacts before your mind does. Why?Because it remembers a time when loud voices meant danger. When life starts going well You sabotage, overthink, or shut down. This trigger is about fear of responsibility, success, or losing everything. When someone compliments you or praises you If you shrink or deflect, the trigger is an old belief that you’re not worthy. When you set a boundary and feel guilty The guilt isn’t real it’s the people-pleasing identity-you built to survive. THE REFRAME Triggers aren’t signs that you’re broken. They’re signs that your nervous system is trying to protect you the only way it knows how…even if the danger is long gone. Triggers point to the places that need understanding, not shame. REFLECTION PROMPT What’s ONE thing that triggers you — and what old story does it activate?Share below. Let’s unpack this together. 🖤 Please comment below and fill out the trigger sheet attached.

Day 5 Why You Self-Sabotage
We don’t sabotage because we’re broken. We sabotage because we’re loyal —loyal to old identities, old environments, old ways of surviving. Your brain isn’t trying to ruin your progress it’s trying to protect you from the “unknown,”because the unknown once meant danger. But here’s the shift:Self-sabotage is NOT a stop sign it’s a signal that you’re entering a new level your past never prepared you for. Instead of judging yourself, try this: Pause,Notice the pattern, Ask: “What part of me is scared right now?”, Lead yourself forward Growth isn’t about fighting yourself its about updating the parts of you that still think survival is the only goal. You’re not falling apart you’re outgrowing who you had to be. If this hit, drop a 🔥 in the comments and I’ll share a follow-up on how to break the cycle of self-sabotagefor good.

Day 4 Stop running and feel your emotions
We spent years being told to “man up,” “toughen up,” “get over it,”so now we treat our emotions like threats instead of signals. But listen… You’re not overwhelmed because you’re weak —you’re overwhelmed because you’ve been carrying everything alone. Running from your emotions doesn’t save you it disconnects you from the parts of yourself trying to heal. Emotions aren’t problems. They’re messages. They’re maps. They’re truth trying to rise. The moment you stop running and start feeling, you stop repeating the same patterns and start rewriting your story. Read that again. You don’t heal by avoiding you heal by meeting yourself honestly. Slow down.Breathe.Feel it you’re safe now. Tony

Day 3: Shutdown
Shutdown isn’t weakness it’s a survival response your system learned to stay safe. Today is about recognising it, naming it, and giving yourself the safety you never had back then. PROMPT what does shutdown look like for you and when does it usually show up? Awareness is the first step out.
Day 3: Shutdown
Day 2 Why calmness feels threatening
Why Calmness Feels Unsafe Ever felt like your mind couldn’t relax? Like every moment of peace is a ticking bomb waiting to go off? You’re not alone. In a world where chaos is normal, calmness feels foreign. Unfamiliar. Dangerous. Why? Because we’ve been conditioned to survive in high-stress, fight-or-flight mode. Peace is a reminder that we’re no longer in control, and that feels unsafe. But here’s the truth: Calmness is your power. It’s not a threat. It’s freedom. Ready to break the cycle? Let’s talk about why embracing calmness is the real act of rebellion. #RecoveryUnfiltered #CalmnessIsPower #UnorthodoxHealing #RebelAgainstChao
